- Poverty in Russia. The basic income is the wonderful future of the whole world. Speaker Alexander Solovyev. He declared that Russia is a great and one of the richest country in the world in terms of natural resources. Our great country has no right to have poor citizens. Poverty is the biggest problem that destroys citizens and the state. Poverty worsens the physical and mental health of citizens, deprives them of economic security, confidence, initiative, provokes the growth of crime. Poverty, the lack of equal rights and opportunities, does not allow the country to develop. We can lose all the achievements that our country has achieved over the past 100 years. At the same time, every citizen of Russia has the right to a decent life in accordance with Art. 25 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. A citizen is not to blame for being poor. The state must take care of every citizen, it must ensure a decent standard of living for the citizen in accordance with Art. 7 of the Constitution Russian Federation. In modern Russia, we must to apply the best world experience in the fight against poverty - the basic income. Our proposal: every citizen of Russia should receive at least $ 500 per month the basic income (in national currency). The source of the basic income should be the country's natural resources: oil, gas, metals, land and etd. All natural resources must belong to the state. Every citizen should have the right to share in the natural resources of the country. A citizen can not be deprived of this right, it appears from the moment of birth and for life. This is the only way to ensure individual freedom and financial independence for every citizen, to make Russia truly great and prosperous. - Pensioners in Russia. The right to a decent life. Speaker Dmitriy Sarayev. He declared that pensioners are socially unprotected citizens, it is unacceptable to reduce their standard of living. Citizens of Russia did not ask the government to raise their retirement age. There was no any consideration and discussion on such an important decision for all citizens.
